Ozarks Live Interview

I had such a good time on Ozarks Live with author, Mike Crocker. Look what happens when the author forgets to tell me he's bringing a bull snake to the interview. Check out—True Tales From Dickerson Park Zoo: There's a Crocodile in the Bathtub!—on Amazon, Barnesandnoble.com, and ABC Bookstore. We loved being a part of this process and helping it become a published book

Congratulations to Tiffany Avery!

Getting a book published is hard. Publishing in an anthology is even harder. We want to congratulate our very own Tiffany Avery for doing just that!!! Tiffany is on staff at Pages & Pie and we could not be any more excited for her!

Her essay titled "Fear—Cut Sling Load" was published in Proud to Be: Writing by American Warriors, volume 10 by Southeast Missouri State University Press in Fall 2021.

Her 5000-word essay focuses on her experience attending Air Assault School in 2019. The main themes are personal strength, courage, and perseverance in a male-dominated profession. There are also strong themes of female connectedness and fostering Esprit de Corps.

Congratulations, Tiffany

Why Pages & Pie Publishing

As a child, I read everything. Books offered a peace I couldn’t find elsewhere. I knew I had to work in the publishing industry, so in the midst of the pandemic I started my own business. We believe everyone has a motivating, inspiring, or entertaining story to tell.

Pages & Pie does things differently in two ways: first, we partner with authors wherever they are in the writing process to help publish their book. Second, after the authors’ initial investment, we don’t take any of their profits. Authors makes 60% of their royalties. I also passionately support the military. My Senior Editor currently serves in the military. My brother served in the Marines and was killed in Iraq in 2004. In his honor we give 10% of our earnings to the Wounded Warrior Project.

At Pages & Pie Publishing, we provide author services to help you write well, edit precisely, and publish your book. Check out our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbIh9-5yLZLJN38GqYTGQX
